What we collect
We collect information you provide when creating a Sknpad account, including your name, email address, and clinic details. For client portals, we also store the progress photos, treatment records, and check-in responses that providers and clients enter into the platform.
How we use it
We use your information to operate and improve Sknpad, send transactional emails (check-in reminders, rebooking alerts), and support your account. We do not sell your data to third parties or use client health information for advertising.
Photo and health data
Client progress photos and health-related information (skin concerns, treatment records, product routines) are stored securely and accessible only to the provider account and the client themselves. We treat this information with the highest level of care.
Data retention
Provider and client data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@sknpad.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Third-party services
Sknpad uses Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
